Philosophy of Education

The child should be at the centre of everything the school does. The curriculum should be exciting and challenging, where teachers and pupils have high aspirations and expectations. Pupils should have a voice in what they learn; they should believe that anything and everything is possible. Learners should be challenged and provided with opportunities to problem-solve and to take risks; they should experience failures and learn how to improve. There should be rich and stimulating opportunities for learning, which enthuse, engage and motivate pupils. The school should be continually looking for ways to improve learning experiences. All learners should be encouraged to think and question.
